I first got into this type of photography a few years ago, it takes a bit more planning and research around the weather and tide times etc. but is well worth it.

It's great for slowing down and thinking more about all of the factors that go into making a great image, you do have to invest in a decent tripod and good filters though but once you have these they last for years.
