The first time I visited Lisbon was because it was the last city stop on our Mediterranean cruise, that particular time was only for a day sadly so we vowed to go back one day because we liked it so much.

A few months later, we went for a long weekend break.

For me it’s the architecture and the colour of the buildings, everywhere you look there is a potentially great image to take. The trams to are great and photogenic, the buildings are covered in stunning tile patterns and it’s so easy to walk around.

You also hear many people talk about the light there and I definitely agree it seems to be a different feel. Lisbon is just a great city to be in for a photographer.
